Elections
The student movement in Serbia today functions as a wide network that spreads through faculties, cities and social networks, without a central leadership. Our organization is based on the principles of direct democracy, where through plenums and open discussions we make decisions and take responsibility for further steps.
At the center of the movement, there are concrete demands concerning the responsibility of institutions, the decision-making methods, and the conditions in which students and the society should function. One of the ways to fulfill these demands is by calling an election, because then it would be possible to make changes to the current state of our country and this corrupt system.
Through our work, we act as a political actor whose influence is based on numbers, connections and the ability to organize a joint action through a constantly expanding network.
Stickers
Messages don’t circulate on their own. Someone has to spread them.
The materials are all ready and available to anyone who wishes to use them. Downloading and printing them means that the movement is spreading to more people and places.
Each sticker becomes a part of the larger picture that is built day by day. The more they are around us, the harder it is to ignore the meaning behind them.
That’s why it’s important that as many people as possible download them and stick them wherever people pass, stop, or look.
Donations
The work of the movement relies on the wide network of students who are engaged in the field every day, be it through organizing, communicating or working on logistics. Maintaining such continuity demands stable financial resources and on-going support.
After the police confiscated the money donated to us and has yet to be returned, the resources available to the movement were further reduced.
The continuity of the movement depends on how long this network can be maintained. Any support goes directly into that process and allows all our activities to continue with no interruption.
Mailing list
Coordination and information about our future actions are shared through channels that connect people and allow organization.
Further steps, information and ways of further involvement arrive via email.
Community
The people who participate often don’t know each other, but they work for the same cause. That connection arises through action, presence, and willingness to react when necessary. There are actions happening in different places at the same time and it helps grow our community. Every day we show how strong our solidarity is!
Thank you for making that possible!
